Our Salt Lake HypnoBirthing class runs for five weeks, every Wednesday night from 6:30 – 9:30 PM. I absolutely love teaching at this birth center, giving moms an opportunity to explore their birthing choices. About 40% of my clients do end up choosing to birth out of hospital, and a birth center is a wonderful option. Wherever you choose to birth, you will enjoy having your classes in this beautiful environment.
