Basic Package ~ $500
$250 retainer fee due at first prenatal appointment (non-refundable)
- Free initial phone consultation
- 24/7 phone, text and email support once hired
- Two prenatal visit: includes optimal fetal positioning techniques, relaxing aromatherapy massage, and fear release
- Birth plan consultation
- Continuous labor support: I can come to your home, or I can meet you at the birth location.
- One postpartum visit: includes breastfeeding support and relaxing massage
- Access to a back-up doula
- $20 Discount on Placenta Preparation and Encapsulation
We also offer all services a la carte! The following services can be added to any package to create your own special doula experience:
- Hypnosis sessions ~ Fear Release, Ideal Birth Visualization, Breech or Posterior Turn: $40 (up to one hour)
- Prenatal yoga session with Optimal Fetal Positioning: $30 (45 minutes)
- Aromatherapy massage: $20 (half hour)
- Birth-memento jewelry: varies
- Birth photography and/or video birth story: varies
- Additional prenatal and postpartum visits: $50 per visit
- Birth story, printed on keepsake paper (for your journal or scrapbook): $15
Birth Plan Consultation ~ $50
If your birth goals don’t include having a doula, but you still want to be fully prepared, this service is perfect. We can discuss the pros and cons of all of your options, and create a plan that fits your unique needs and desires. Your birth partner will be present, so that he/she has the information necessary to advocate for you during your birthing. We will prioritize all of your wishes into a concise birth plan which you can give to your doctor/midwife and take to the hospital.
